When should I arrive for my appointment/What if I am running late?
Please arrive for you appointment at your appointment time and not before.
Unfortunately if you are late for your appointment your treatment may need to be altered or cut short and you will still be charged for the full treatment, Please try and contact the salon to let us know if you are running late!
How do I book an appointment?
All appointments can be made by booking online.
We also have a new Clinic app and as well as our online booking system where you can make, cancel and check your appointments. This can be downloaded from your App Store!
When booking online a small deposit will be taken to complete the booking by taking your card details. This deposit will be taken off your treatment.
We work on an appointments-only basis and recommend to re book when leaving the salon.
What is our cancellation policy?
We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice but preferably 48 hours. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
Failure to provide this notice may mean that your will be charged the full price of the treatment.
Treatments while pregnant
It is really important to let us know in confidence if you are pregnant as there are certain treatments and products not suitable throughout pregnancy.
However we can offer lots of treatments and adapt treatments to suit you and your baby!
This is to make sure you don't have a reaction to certain products used. It is required by most insurers that every Clinic carries out a test patch for all new clients.
Treatments that require test patching are eyelash tinting, eyelash extensions and semi permanent make up.
Please allow 24hours after the patch test has been carried out before having one of these treatments.
Facials & Botox/Fillers
Yes you can have facials, however we do advise you to wait until 2 weeks after having Botox/fillers.
Spray Tan ... what do I need to do?
We advise any shaving or waxing to be done 24 hours prior to your tan.
You will be given disposable pants to wear for tanning application and we recommend to bring loose dark clothing and to wear flip flops.
Do not apply any deodorant, perfume or moisturiser as these all act as a barrier against the tan.
Please do not take ibuprofen or aspirin before the treatment.
We also advise not to drink caffine or alcohol the night before your treatment
You can purchase Gift Cards in the Clinic but you must book a collection slot or there is the option to purchase over the phone which we can post out for you! we also sell E-Vouchers online too.
Our vouchers are valid or 12 months and can be redeemed against any of our products or services.
Gift Cards can not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Please bring your redeemable Gift Card with you to present on arrival.
